什么是REACH认证？

REACH认证即 Regulation (EC) NO 1907/2006 of the European parliament and of the council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency, amending Directive 1999/45/EC and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 793/93 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1488/94 as well as Council Directive 76/769/EEC and Commission Directives 91/155/EEC, 93/67/EEC, 93/105/EC and 2000/21/EC。

REACH认证是欧盟规章《化学品注册、评估、许可和限制》（REGULATION concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals）的简称,是欧盟建立的，并于2007年6月1日起实施的化学品监管体系。

新的欧盟化学品政策，REACH认证（化学品的注册、评估和授权），目的是高水平的保护人类健康和环境，同时促进绿色化学品的创新。

2006年12月18日欧盟法规(EC)No.1907/2006有关化学品的注册、评估、授权和限制，2006年12月18日欧盟议会指令2006/121/EC修改委员会指令67/548/EEC（关于危险物质的分类、包装和标签）于2006年12月30日在官方杂志上发表。

REACH将于2007年6月1日实施，它将取代将近40个现存的欧盟法规和指令，能够提供一个简单的系统以更好的方式来管理化学品。
